On Friday June 3rd we made it way past Arlon in the Ardennes,
but slowly.

In the camera I found a couple shots from my walks round town.
For some reason the cars in the parts of Manhattan I was in were uninteresting
in the extreme. But the extreme angle on the "medieval" church
and the apartment tower amused me. Lewis.

A shot through the window of the Ferrari dealership.
Sorry I couldn't get a picture of the twenty-year old black guy and his pal
giggling inside as the gorgeously chic Ferrari representative smiled
and opened the door of a big-engine Scaglietti in a really un-Ferrari
blue and white two tone paint job. The guy standing next to me outside
the window said, "Check the rap singer trying out some new wheels." Lewis

Central Park was filled with people, as always, rain, sun, snow, sleet.

Yet another postcard from Max Carpedi.

Stylish as ever, Max Carpedi was picked up at the airport in yes
a Mercedes 300 a caleche of yesteryear.

According to this card Max seems to be on his way to Spain.

On Monday Guy made a grand tour, took the ferry to the other side
of town. Mostly sunny.

BMW 328 MM Roadster Wins Mille Miglia 2006.
Seventy years after its launch, the Giuliano Cane's BMW 328 has continued
its remarkable run of success in one of the world's most premier automotive events,
the Mille Miglia. The 60-year-old entrepreneur from Bologna has won the
Mille Miglia nine times, eight with his wife Lucia Galliani as navigator, and
once with Marino Auteri in a Ferrari in 1999. The husband/wife pairing has
dominated the event since first combining to win it in a BMW 507 in 1992,
BMW obviously banked on the couple winning as it unveiled the gorgeous
BMW Mille Miglia Concept Coupe for the event. See more.
