Smart alternative for kong limos. (Guy)

Valet parking in the P.C. Hooftstraat. (Guy)

F.C. Hummer humming along. (Guy)

"No, coffee after we brought this home!" (Guy)

"A Caddy, isn't she Bart, Lewis, Kenneth?" (Guy)
Kenneth: I wonder how that stuff winds up
over there! It's a 1972 Eldorado. It's front-wheel drive,
weighs somewhere beyond 2130 kilos,
an gulps gas using an 8.2L V8. Just the kind
of monster the enviro people love to hate. Some colour!
Looks like it was painted using the blue ink from a Bic!
The windows behind the doors were called opera windows,
and these were changed, as Lewis said, into shapes
of lightning bolts, diamonds, etc. And you could
get the roof covered in vinyl, and padded underneathlike
a cushion. For a nightmare, imagine a new BMW 7
done up that way.
Lewis: That's one gorgeous hunk of lavender!
Back when they were new cars, those Caddies
were all over the intersection of 42nd street and 8th Ave.,
in Manhattan. Their owners customized them with
rear windows shaped like lightning bolts, diamonds,
portholes, etc. and were hanging out chatting with
the HOs. It was the high watermark of the Pimpmobile era,
and the car to have was an Eldo [Eldorado],
preferably in a color just like the one in de Phlog.

"Can't tell why it dropped down.
Is this Frog unreliable or me?" (Guy)

New Jeep Compass is a front-wheel-drive.
The four-cylinder Compass offers either
front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive,
and is easily compared with the likes of
the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Saturn Vue,
Kia Sportage, and Subaru Forester.
Jeep is hoping that the Compass will give it
a serious foothold in this fast-growing segment.

Mostly bicycles. (Guy)

"Address?"

Waiting for the Springtime sun.

"What brought you here?"

Killer amphibious vehicle
, 39 mph on water and 55 mph on land.
With waterfront property highly prized the world over,
we see the amphibious market as one of the next great opportunities,
the people with the greatest disposable income will have
the greatest need for amphibians. At the same time, new techniques,
technologies and materials are yielding a new breed of
amphibious craft that are seemingly omnipotent.

In his first life as an art director Ed Flanagan built scale models,
and in his second life he switched the scale up to 1:1,
or rather greater than life. He did a beautiful job turning
his Coast to Coast '36 Ford cabriolet into a unique ride.
Ed extended the deck, lengthened and widened the hood,
altered the fenders, added a custom grille, and extended
the fadeaway headlight housings. He kept the handles
at the rear of the suicide doors. The results are fantastic.

Also for suburban ambitions.

Eighteen hours after this quiet, sunny afternoon
we had four inches of snow on the ground.

German manufacturer Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur
is one of several new supercar makers to emerge
in recent times. The first road car was shown
at Geneva last year and a significantly revised version
of the barely disguised racecar will emerge
at this year's Geneva show in early March.
