Week 48, 2005 commencing at November 28.

No Sun Day. No snow. No Santa tripping from the roofs.

"Or shall we go anywhere else with the holidays?"

"The question is how far we may go in what we ask Santa."

"Dear kids, I'm in a hurry as you will understand,
but we'll see each other soon."

"Dear Santa, I waved at you a miunute ago, but you didn't see me."

"Something to crave for, his and hers scooters."

"What kind of things did you ask for?"

The larger Citroën C1, perfect for shopping in the urban area.

Citroën AirPlay. Citroën premiered the C-AirPlay two-seater concept car,
at the opening of this year's Bologna Motor Show in Italy yesterday.
Masterminded by Citroën's award-winning British car designer, Mark Lloyd,
the futuristic urban run-around features a bold, dynamic exterior look,
as well as plenty of ultra-modern styling cues. Inside and out the C-AirPlay
introduces striking design touches, including see-through 'portholes'
in the lower sections of the doors to increase the sensation of speed.
Discreet, touch-sensitive controls for the gears, electric windows
and rearview mirror are moulded into the single-piece silicone front seat,
whilst the eye-catching steering wheel incorporates two spherical driver
information displays. Read more in GizMag Magazine.

It was cold in the streets. Must have been uncomfortable for Santa on the roofs.

Looking Westward at twelve.

Time to mix Arabic with Dutch in the Cklinick?

Sorry, wrong room.

New lamps in the local "Light Street".

Tilting Trees Lane.

Just a few minutes later, clouds drift in.

Last beams. Couldn't resist snapping them. Clear sky.

Coffee in the Japanese Garden.
By the way Lew, all mail to you aol-address bounces back undeliverable.

Hey sis, whaddaye think?

Sometime later, a fast moving sky.

Sunny with dark forebodings.

Sunrise over the Zuidas.

Finally the sun doesn't come back that day.

On the smallest walk for an errand one can't stay dry without an umbrella.

While ten minutes earlier the sky had been deep blue.

From an almost black sky a streak of sunshine, just a minute.

Never forget to put down the glasses between knotty paragraphs,
to have a close look between and also beyond the lines.

Stuck in my appartment I am hindered to make new photographs for my Phlog.
So I jealously scan the Phlogs of my fellow phloggers, amongst whom
Travis Ruse is my most favoured. He makes me long to get back to Manhattan
and take the train to Jersey and hear the airhorn, see the people and take in
the atmosphere that the boys on my block experienced in our youth
in our own Central Station, the awesome, massive well kept machines,
the iron schedules, the sounds, the power, the swift shifts of loads of travellers.
This nostaligia I nowadays find under the knobs of my computer,
and I can't resist sharing the fine and wonderful photographs with you.

My Promised Land
In the Spring of 2002 Roger Sparks was traveling
with a virgin agenda when he landed
in America on the off chance, so it seemed at first.
But he had a plan, to meet Dr. Robert Ballard,
the discoverer of the Titanic.
