The arrival of Spring also means that the high school students are friskily nearing the end of the school year and the excitement of the Senior Prom... which means that the public safety people -- the police, the District Attorney, the Safety Council and anyone else who knows how badly parties, alcohol and automobiles mix when stirred up teen-aged hormones drag wrecked cars out in front of high schools across the country to demonstrate the vulnerability of mankind upon impact with immovable objects.
