Asocialists.
Rides this guy in his late twenties on a scooter
at a brisk speed on the sidewalk and parks his wheels
at a 90 gegrees angle to the house, saying - when addressed
because of his asocial behaviour - they all do it.
Later a girl - his girl? - parks her bike in the same manner,
also blocking the way through.
We've seen it happen.
