Zo, een leuk nabelberichtje voor de Oude Media: Een van de meest populaire advocaten van Nederland is zijn rijbewijs kwijt. De onkreukbare meester Abraham Moszkowicz is vorige week maandag zijn rijbewijs kwijtgeraakt omdat hij in Amstelveen 102 km/u reed waar maar 50 is toegestaan. Ja, best lullig die 2 kilometer, maar regels zijn nu eenmaal regels. Hij kreeg een astronomische boete van 720 euro en vier maanden rijontzegging ondanks protesten "zijnerzijds". Volgens ooggetuigen was een vurig pleidooi over de noodzaak van zijn rijbewijs voor het werk , niet voldoende. De rechter vertelde de topadvocaat dat hij moest weten dat de rechtbankgebouwen ook prima met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken zijn. Tenminste, dat zijn de geruchten binnen het advocatencircuit waar we vanwege begrijpelijke redenen vuistdiep inzitten de laatste jaren. Trouwens, het is niet de eerste keer. Bram is een bekende van Justitie. |
