Though the way may be the same, we every day see it in a different way. Arie

JKK is waiting for God to appear.
JKK: “…and waiting... and waiting damn… I guess I don't believe it anymore!”
“It's a cloud, just a cloud.”

Happy Sophie is back!

24th, a great jubilant day.

Friday, September 24.

A quick ride downtown.

At our camping site in New Hampshire, we heard a furious buzzing
as if thousands of bees were flying over us.
Soon, over the trees came more than a dozen ultra-ultra lights
riding along in the still and blindingly blue morning sky.
The S-10 zoomed its little heart out but I could never
get more than two in the picture at any one time. Lewis

Jubilant hotdog cart; celebrating something?

Jan Karel Kleijn: “Bellissima!”
Bob Stumpel: “That the frankfurters didn't freeze, and the ice didn't melt?
Jan Karel Kleijn: “No, he's celebrating the fact that he just got a loan from the Capo di Comorra di Napoli to buy this new cart, but he had to promise to honor; Carla Bruni, Michelangelo, Verdi, Monica Bellucci and Mia Bella Italia in general and Frankfurters and Gelato Italiano in particular, all dearly beloved ones of the Capo di Comorra .”
Hans Arend de Wit: “In my naivety I always had thought it was a simple business, making and selling frankfurters and gelato, but now I understand that this Napolitan vendor simply is a mobile ambassador for the Italian culture. Your explanation really is an eyeopener.”
Jan Karel Kleijn: “Ah yes, fooled by appearances, such a brilliant trick this is, selling Italiano culture via Frankfurters and gelato…”
Hans Arend de Wit: “And possibly, if I may make the suggestion, gathering scoops of intelligence and foreign cultural information. Smart business!”
Jan Karel Kleijn: “Good idea! Maybe there's even a concealed compartment for a small hitman… very handy in Amsterdam Zuid's crime-boss ridden neighbourhood!”
Hans Arend de Wit: “This surely explains a lot!”
