De zon verdween achter een wolk. Fleur ging lachend op de lage brede betonnen brugleuning zitten, haar grijze staart in de wind, en ik tegenover haar. Niet alleen verraste ze met dat circus, maar ook weer met de kalme zekerheid waarmee ze het bracht, en die overrompelende glimlach. Zo intens als ze veelal in zichzelf was kon ze soms, zoals nu, zo hartverwarmend hartelijk laten merken dat ze mijn gezelschap zo op prijs stelde. Waar had ik dat mee verdiend! Fleur 35.

The Time Is Now.

NAVITIMER WORLD. Hours of the World. Launched in 1952, the NAVITIMER by BREITLING has become a cult object. It has found its way through time intact, conceding nothing of its form or spirit. In uninterrupted production for over fifty years, is it now the oldest chronograph made anywhere in the world.

By way of comparison, it is 10% bigger than the original NAVITIMER, while nonetheless ensuring excellent comfort on the wrist. Thanks to chronometer-certified Caliber 24, a highly readable dedicated hand indicates the time somewhere else around the globe, in the 24-hour mode. The case back is engraved with the time zones of the world's great cities. "De vraag is of ik naar de Agfa fabriek in Duitsland zou moeten, om daar de mensen van het laboratorium te motiveren achter het geheim van Günther Grass aan te gaan, of mij daar over te vertellen als bekend is wat ik wil weten. Ik vraag me af of en wanneer we naar de politie moeten gaan voor aangifte van al hetgeen we nu weten. Anthony is begraven, ongetwijfeld zal het lijk weer moeten worden opgegraven als het OM voldoende geloof hecht aan ons fotografisch bewijs. Dan kan het OM bij de fabriek om verdere verklaringen vragen. Inmiddels ben ik meer te weten gekomen over het oorlogsverleden van Grass, dat hij maar een knaap was toen hij werd opgeroepen, maar de bewijzen zijn er nu, en een bekentenis zelfs.” Fleur 31.
