Door het oog van de loods, van Mirjam Terpstra. Foto-expositie over het loodswezen in bibliotheek Purmerend. Bij de expositie Door het oog van de loods is in samenwerking met het Loodswezen Regio-Amsterdam-IJmond een gelijknamig boek uitgegeven. Voor de expositie is een selectie gemaakt van de mooiste foto's uit het boek. De expositie Door het oog van de loods is te bezichtigen van 26 november t/m 4 januari 2010 in de centrale bibliotheek aan de Waterlandlaan 40 te Purmerend. Openingstijden: maandag van 13.00 - 20.00 uur, dinsdag t/m vrijdag van 10.00 - 20.00 uur en zaterdag van 10.00 tot 16.00 uur.
